It is a very durable phone with clear voice and other features but some users have complains about its Bluetooth incompatibility. This phone’s Bluetooth cannot be paired with iPhone or some of the Nokia sets.  Then some users have complained about its directory and users cannot enter more than 24 digits in the directory and also there should have been a single button for accessing the directory, now the users have to press 4 buttons to access it. And some users also find it expensive for the features it offers.

This phone is of good quality and easy to use and the most liked feature is its contacts transfer capability and also Energy star certified which means its environment friendly. But many users complain that whenever a new message is received the phone does not flash or show any sign that a new message has arrived which makes it hard for effective and timely reply in urgent cases.

But all in all the headset was liked by users for being easy to use, good looks and design and features like the headphone jack, Bluetooth , night feature which allows the user to sleep soundly and other things like long battery life on standby. So this is a good buy for both home and office use.
